Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. We offer FREE shipping on every order within India. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.
2. All the orders placed before 6 pm will be picked for processing the same day. Such orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. Generally, your purchase will reach you in 3-5 days of placing the order at our website.
3. Mode of delivery (Blue Dart or EMS) will be chosen depending upon the location of the customer.
4. Order will be delivered only to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. If you need to change the destination due to unavoidable circumstances, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the order no/consignment no. within 2 days of placing the order. Any request to change the destination afterwards will not be entertained.
5. You need to inform us the name of the receiver by calling at +91-141-2771833 or emailing us at email@example.com in case you are not available for receiving the consignment. For security reasons, receiver is expected to show ID proof such as PAN card/Driving License/Voter's Identity card/Passport at the time of receiving the parcel. Our company may call you additionally to confirm the consignee information or about the receipt of your parcel.
1. Your order will be ready for dispatch within 48 hours barring the circumstances such as public holidays or extra time required for procurement or production of the items. Such delays will be notified to you accordingly.
2. Delivery period may get extended due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, customs clearance procedures or any other reason that is beyond the human control. Company will not be responsible for any such delays.
3. Delay caused by the postal service or courier company will not be the responsibility of our company. Care, however, will be taken at our side, to ensure that our delivery partners practice the highest level of professionalism and promptness while serving you.
4. Orders will be dispatched through Blue Dart or EMS, India Post and you may need to sign the acknowledgement slip or show ID proof while receiving it.
5. If you require various orders to be sent to different address, each such request will be considered as separate order and so time periods and procedures for sending may change accordingly. You need to place separate orders for shipping the products to different addresses. Similarly, any changes made next day in the order will be entertained through separate order.
6. In case you receive the parcel in unpacked state or with tampered packaging, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately about the discrepancy. For detailed returns procedures and refunds, please refer to our Returns Policy.
